Pros (+) Quiet hotel in a great location. Several restaurants and stores are just a short drive away (or a fairly short walk if it's not too hot out).

Pros (+) It had rooms available when rooms elsewhere were reserved for a bike race and the nearby National Park which was the reason I came to Cortez, Colorado.
Cons (-) The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was sparse.

Pros (+) This is a great place to stay.we just needed a good nights sleep, so the added bonus of the hot tub and breakfast made our stay even a better value!
Cons (-) No complaints! The owner was very personable and helpful....while the rooms are small, every other aspect is great.
