Pros (+) The manager allowed me to cancel my entire stay the very night I was supposed to stay with no cancellation fee.
Cons (-) The fact that when I searched for "pet friendly" hotels on kayak, I expect either NO pet fees or the fee to be included in the nightly rate or shown below the rate. Not on the actual hotels' terms and conditions page in fine print at very bottom so when I show up with 5 pets they tell me it's a $15/per pet PER NIGHT additional fee. No. Just no.
