Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting their positive experiences with the service. The location was frequently mentioned as convenient, being close to the center and main attractions. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, there were repeated complaints about cold rooms, lack of hot water, and issues with the breakfast variety and quality. Some guests mentioned noise, lack of elevators, and poor WiFi, but these did not overshadow the positive aspects for most reviewers.
