Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's excellent location near attractions, the cleanliness of rooms, and the friendly, professional service from staff. Many enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found rooms comfortable and spacious. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool and hot tub being closed or in poor condition, as well as some issues with outdated facilities and temperature control in rooms. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location, service, and cleanliness.

Very good

Pros (+) Room set up is great and hotel is efficient
Cons (-) It would be nice to get fresh towels for guests staying more than 2 days, option for trash removal, and in room coffee refills even if the room isn’t being serviced due to COVID restrictions. All could be left at the door.

Pros (+) Beautiful river view every morning at breakfast. Room was a great space with 2 tvs, separation b/w bed & rest of suite. Clean. Courteous staff.
Cons (-) Courteous staff with exception of one hostess (Sunday 11/13/16, 10am) at the restaurant who didn't seem to know how to greet me. Not sure what that was about.
