We booked a standard room. When we checked in, we were placed in a handicap accessible room. We went down and had our rooms changed to what we booked. Once we got situated showered and settled in. Went to bed and the linen smelled like sweaty arm pits! Like it was never changed and washed.

Pros (+) The hotel was extremely clean, staff was welcoming. The hotel itself is not too large, so it felt somewhat boutique. Each room has a small living room as well. We stayed over the Xmas holiday and were able to celebrate in our room with others before heading to the larger family dinner. You can also rent bikes at the hotel, making it very easy and convenient to travel tot he Harbor.
Cons (-) Parking price is a bit high.

Cons (-) Hallways third floor smelled bad. Water damage or something. But the room was lovely

Pros (+) Love the hotel. Staff was very attentive. Just surprised when I received such a big charge for such a cheap toothbrush. For $200 a night I would have expected it to be free.
Cons (-) Expensive dollar store toothbrushes.
