All was well on this flight.
mi flight was canceled and I had to stay over night in a cheap hotel where aeromexico booked me at 12Am after 6 hours of being in the airport talking to nasty aeromexico people and waiting for something to happen. the really cheap hotel did not have a/c and itw as one of teh worst days of my life ... truly, if you wanna fly within mexico or how ever DO NOT CHOOSE Aeromexico
Good crew and attendant’s.
Good flight attendants and helpful.
Delay, but I understand things happen.
Traveling from salt lake to Kalispell, flight was delayed.
Great food options in first class. Great movie options and attentive crew.
I never got on the flight because I was told to check-in in person to get my ticket even though I checked in on the app. I missed my flight and had to re-book for the following day.
We sat for a weather delay at our destination and no drinks or snacks were offered.
Everything was very good no complaints
Monitors not working
Everything was good.
Delayed 5 hrs in plane
No entertainment or food service on this flight. Hence rating.
Very unfriendly ground and air crew. Really need a change in attitude
The seats are not comfortable, even for short flights. There is literally no food available on the plane.
I really dislike the tendency of delta to use small planes for major routes. It really isn’t comfortable to be crammed into a 737 for almost 6 hours. They have larger planes for routes like Lax —> HNL. They should use them.
Delta had to reassign seats since they rebooked us from another flight. We did that over the phone but then they lost that by the time we got to the gate. Didn’t have us checked in by the time we got to the gate. Not sure how that happened. And by the time we got to the gate the flight was full, they gave away our seats, and almost didn’t get on.
Delay caused my layover to not work out in Atlanta. Did catch later flight but got home later than I wanted to.
Flight was delayed multiple times
Sat on plane for an hour after boarding. The entire 5hr flight was freezing. Even the two gentlemen next to me were cold. No headphones offered for the super tiny movie screen.
The attendants were friendly and very attentive.
San Francisco worst airport I've ever been in to navigate. Almost missed my connection trying to figure out which gate I needed and how to get to it.
Haven’t flown yet. Delayed by 24 hours and stuck in ATL. Monetary loss of over $800 due to loss of work, alternate travel, lodging, etc. all this could have been avoided by ONE SINGLE FLIGHT ATTENDANT arriving to work ON TIME. NEVER FLY DELTA.
Trip not complete due to late flight attendant delaying flight 1.5 hours, thus missing connecting flight in ATL. DELTA failed to hold connecting flights and one left EARLY. I will never fly delta again.
Had wheelchair assist throughout the trip……excellent service.
I had to fly standby to get home otherwise I’ll have to spend another whole day in Atlanta they scheduled me on a flight 24 hours later from the one that I originally was scheduled on only because Delta canceled the flight
On board Delta flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 22x13x9in. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Delta assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Delta offers direct flights to 210 cities in 53 different countries. Orlando, Jacksonville, and Atlanta are the most popular cities covered by Delta.
Delta concentrates most of its flight operations in Atlanta.

Founded in 1924 and originally known as Huff Daland Dusters, Delta Air Lines is one of the oldest airlines in the world. On top of an operating base in Atlanta, it has additional hubs in Detroit, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Salt Lake City and Boston. The largest number of flights are scheduled in and out of Atlanta, which is also the location of the carrier’s maintenance wing.
A combination of Airbus, Boeing and McDonnell Douglas aircraft are operated. Delta Air Lines has a preference for short-to-medium range jets with narrow bodies. Some of the most common models flown are the Airbus A321 and Boeing 737. A number of the fleet are reserved for NBA charted flights, so make sure you keep an eye out for the basketball stars in the airport.
In 2000 Delta Air Lines merged with Korean Air, Air France and Aeroméxico to form SkyTeam. The alliance has grown to be one of the largest in the world and reaches more than 175 countries. Customers are able to benefit from reduced prices and shorter travel times, with the ability to purchase round-the-world tickets. In addition to the SkyTeam alliance, the carrier has entered into several joint ventures with airlines, such as Virgin Australia, to deliver improved services – in this case, it offers nonstop flights between Australia and the United States. Joint ventures are also held with Virgin Atlantic, Alitalia and WestJet.
