Cons (-) Worst TV I've ever experienced; Elevator terrible too!

Cons (-) The sink bowl was set too far back for shorter people!

Cons (-) The pool was not heated. The staff was very rude I'm not sure of the lady's name but all she did was sit on the couch in the lobby and watch tv. I had to move rooms 3 times because something was wrong in the rooms. I honestly will never stay there again.

Pros (+) Very nice and clean guest rooms. The continental breakfast was good. Plenty of space for everyone.
Cons (-) When checking in, I had to wait about 10 minutes before the worker showed up. Also the bathroom counters are pretty high. I'm averaged height and I found them rather tall.
Pros (+) We were traveling with our elderly mother and needed to stop due to really bad storms. So no research ahead of time was done. We got a room with 2 queen beds. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious for a reasonable price. Staff was really friendly and the breakfast the next morning was great. I would totally stay there again.
