Cons (-) I booked a room with two beds, I paid extra for that room with two beds, but guess what? My room had one bed. Did I get a price reduction? NOPE.

Pros (+) From the first calls made to the front desk arranging room check ins for our large family group to the 4:15 am shuttle driver pick-up wow GREAT SERVICE- most helpful. Friendly shuttle driver!
