Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was generally well-liked, with several positive mentions. However, there were recurring complaints about room maintenance issues, uncomfortable beds, cleanliness lapses in some rooms, and disappointing amenities such as the lack of a restaurant or hot tub. Some guests found the staff unaccommodating or inattentive, and noise disturbances were noted. Despite these negatives, the overall sentiment leans positive due to the frequently mentioned strengths in location, cleanliness, and service.
