Cons:

Arrived at 2 PM to pick up my car. Tendon claims there were no cars on the lot to come back at 4 PM. Pawn my return there were still no cars and had to wait an additional hour and a half. This way time of 3 1/2 hours is inconsiderate and unacceptable. I chose hurts because of the name and their reputation. It was a complete let down of my expectations andShould have chosen another company! This weekend was my sons graduation from medical school and this certainly affected it negatively

The process of taking pictures of car before renting took longer. Car was not washed. I had to wait for the car to be washed before renting to me.

The pick up and drop off was simple.

Cons:

The staff kept trying to push insurance on us, even though we told them we didn't want it. They told us to bring the car back in the same condition as we got it, but did not document all the scratches and dents that were already on the car. I had to force them to document it so I wouldn't get charged later. Finally, it was evident that the car was not washed, and I had to ask them to wash it for me.

Pros:

Staff at Enterprise was fine

Cons:

Car was dirty inside and out. Not a good situation in a pandemic. Passenger seat would not recline. Stuck in the upright position. I understand we’re in a pandemic everybody is stretched to the limits however I could’ve paid $10 more and gotten a clean car with functioning seats. Would appreciate a partial credit for my trouble. Disappointing.

We rented a vehicle that wasn’t available as promised so had to settle for something else. The van was extremely dirty and not sanitized The driver side window didn’t work
