The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. The room was large and comfortable.
The hotel is within walking distance to all of the sights, but is about a 10 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk). We love to walk so the location was fine for us, but it felt far after a night in Temple Bar.
By the train station
There was no plugs for hair tools and phone charging
There was confusion too how many people we had in our party and had to pay an extra 30 euros and it took an extra long time to clear up the confusion after a long day of travel.
Staff was helpful and excellent. Rooms were very clean. Accommodations were up to date.
Triple room was somewhat cramped.
Comfy Cozy Hotel--> A small lobby problem that did
We loved the room, the views, the quiet, the location. Close to the train station. The bed was so comfy! Also right near the landmark pub Nancy's Hand. The room design is outstanding! The bathroom was huge! We loved it here.
There had a been some flooding from outside and it went into the hotel lobby on the day we arrived and it smelled horrible it was most likely sewer water. he smell only affected the area by the front door and the smell was gone by the time we left two days later. The hotel had professionals cleaners working on it as fast as possible. We would stay here again. The flooding was not there fault.
Location,breakfast,bedroom was nice size
Most Excellent Hotel!
Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable room with a very nice view onto the front garden. Breakfast extravaganza. Very convenient to all Dublin attractions. We loved it. Highly recommend.
Very nice stay
Breakfast was great Very clean Beautiful rooms
The water pressure was really low, everything took several flushes. The surrounding area is great location wise, but at night it seems a bit rough. The hotel is very safe.
Lighting was bad for putting on makeup
Hotel is an excellent choice when visiting Dublin. It has excellent service, very clean, and good restaurant. Although it is not close to where most of the nightlife is there is an excellent local pub 2 blocks away and it is located on the local Luas light rail line which provides quick access to most of Dublin's tourist attractions.
Slightly removed from what they call City Center
Really nice hotel
It's location was a prime factor in our decision. Phoenix Park was very close by, as was Guinness and The Old Jamison Distillery. Right near the train station and tram stop so access the further parts of thecity and country were 5 minutes away. We'd stay there again.
The beautiful floors, lovely rooms with tea, hair dryer and iron and ironing board...all welcome when travelling. Our flight left early morning and because we would miss breakfast, they packed us a boxed lunch. We did walk from O'Connell street and it is 20 to 30 minutes....but even with all our luggage it was fun.. A plus is that it is close to Heuston Sation and all excellent bus services. An unexpected treat for us was seeing The Dublin Zoo ( amazing) and The Pheonix Gardens....about 5 minutes away. Carol
We stayed there last year, but the service this year was even better!
friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere
all of it
Everything was great. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming but unfortunately I can't say the same about the front desk staff. The lady that served us upon arrival was very grumpy and had bad attitude. Then checking out we had another lady who also seemed to have bad attitude. So I guess its not a good start but otherwise hotel facilities are great.
The front desk staff have bad attitude and are grumpy!!
A Quality Hotel. Even had a room with a view!
Wall-to-wall carpeting is not my cup of tea.
The bus and tram station were across the street. It was easy to get to. The desk clerks came across unfriendly, but were helpful with our questions. The front rooms were quiet with the windows closed. They also gave us a second fan because the room was warm and humid.
The bright light by the last window. It was bright in the room at night.
Easy to use public transportation to the City Center
very close to luas stop so quick access to the centre
location was good. near the tram stop and several tourist locations. The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly
wifi connection at the room
