Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location near the beach, beautiful views, and proximity to restaurants and public transport. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, a significant number of guests complained about poor accessibility, particularly the many stairs required to reach the hotel and the lack of nearby parking, making luggage transport difficult.
