Pros (+) What I liked: -Staff was friendly, but not too friendly, and very professional. -The hotel itself was great, clean, and pool was pretty sweet.
Cons (-) What I didn't like: -Fitness room was neglected. I found empty water cups on the treadmills. They had a Culligan water dispenser so I grab a cup and push the nozzle, and like three drops come out and its empty. So I went to front desk snack bar and bought a bottle of water. Staff only then, after realizing it was empty, replaced the water jug in the dispenser right in front of me. Rude. -Also the ...

Pros (+) Staff friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) Housekeeping is poor. We stayed for a week and room was barely touched with the exception of replacing towels beds were barely made and room was never vacuumed.
