Housekeeping was great except that there was a slight invasion of tiny ants near the window on ground level room 124 which had a security problem caused by the inner and outer window's being unlatched. Pros (+) Reasonable rate for those on a budget. Far enough away from downtown to be quiet but still close to amenities.
Cons (-) No elevator to access the second floor. The heater in the room couldn't keep up with the single digit temps we had that day. Hot water didn't last very long. The pillows were terrible.
