Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests were overwhelmingly disappointed with the pool, hot tub, and water slide being out of order or poorly maintained, which was a main reason for many bookings. However, many guests praised the breakfast, describing it as delicious and varied, and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel’s rooms were often described as spacious and comfortable, and the location was convenient for shopping, dining, and airport access. Some minor complaints included uncomfortable beds, maintenance issues, and parking challenges, but overall, guests found positives in the breakfast, service, room size, and location.AI-generated from customer reviews

The bathroom wasn't clean. The area around the toilet was filthy. There was very noticeable grim on the inside of bathroom door. The body wash bottle was empty.
Pros (+) I will definitely stay here again! Good pool hours and kids loved the water slide! Everything at the hotel was crisp, clean, and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay here.
Cons (-) Breakfast was the only thing that could have been better. Just ok.
