10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The owners started our stay off on a great note! They were so easy going and funny! The property is charming, bright, clean and has everything you would need. Pool and hot tub. Breakfast was to die for. No cheezy Buffett here. They waited on you hand and foot. Very quiet and brand new feel. Perfect location to the center of town. No more than a 10 minute walk. Plenty of parking. All the rooms have a theme and we stayed in the Patriot room. Lots of charm and comfy. Surprisingly less than the other chain hotels but 10 times nicer without the obnoxious guests. Our stay in the area was a lot better staying at this B&B. Not your typical place.
Cons:I can’t come up with one thing. Excellent all around.

Pros:BTW is clean, offers excellent facilities such as a pool and hot tub, and very tasty breakfasts. Cottages have amenities such as a good size fridge, microwave, kitchenette area. Rock and Michelle run a tight ship and put a lot of effort into making their guests stay a most pleasant one. We will recommend BTW to all our friends and family who visit Dunedin in the future. Another benefit is that the location is safe and secure and walking distance to so many restaurants, breweries, bars, and shopping areas that you will never have time to see it all! Highly recommend!!!

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The owners Rock and Michelle were awesome and very willing to get to know about us and our trip! They were willing to accommodate us however they could, even giving us to go breakfast for our last morning since were leaving early! They surprised my girlfriend with birthday pancakes on her birthday! They were great with informing us about all the places and locations to visit in the area which was great for our trip!
Cons:That we had to leave and go back to the real world!
