Meeting Marisa, at check in, put a smile on the entire visit. Everyone I encountered, from the maids to the breakfast staff, was friendly and helpful, but Marisa is beyond expectation. Friendly, helpful, welcoming.

Pros (+) We chose this location for the sunset views and proximity to Dunedin. We sat on our screened in patio and listened to the steel drums from the hotel restaurant most nights. The breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice too.
Cons (-) We could hear car alarms from our room but wouldn’t trade the view for anything!
Pros (+) Dog friendly, room comfortable, breakfast substantial and tasty and location perfect. Nice to watch sunset on pier and walk to town. Front desk ladies were very helpful.
Cons (-) Very crowded with a wedding one night there and festival in park next door sat/sun. Hard to find parking, pool time without 10 people in it or room at restaurant.
Pros (+) Being directly on the harbor
Cons (-) Bed was so-so, door to the balcony was stuck and would barely open.
