The room was very clean and comfortable and opened onto an extraordinary garden area. The staff was very welcoming, and for us it was a benefit that all staff spoke English and the reception was staffed 24 hours a day. The sunny breakfast area was a delightful place to enjoy the generous breakfast offerings. When we told the staff we had to depart at a very early morning hour, before the usual 7 am breakfast start, the staff had coffee and breakfast items out and ready for us. Our room, which opened onto a garden area with a nice patio, was very quiet. Yet we were very close to the main square, the market, and to some very good restaurants. And it was always a delight to return to the hotel after a day of sightseeing, with beautiful roses surrounding the doorway and reception staff always there to open the door and greet you.

Pros: Located just a couple of blocks from the market and main square. Beautiful gardens with outdoor seating. Everything, including outdoor furniture, was clean and well maintained. The breakfast room was sunny and the breakfast included many choices.
