Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hostel for its welcoming and helpful staff, warm and friendly atmosphere, and beautiful views, especially of Lake Argentino. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, as well as the convenient location near the city center and bus terminal, though some noted the uphill walk. The hostel's communal spaces and well-equipped kitchen were also highlighted as positives. However, a few guests mentioned issues with value for price, maintenance, and occasional noise, but the overall experience was very positive for most visitors.
