The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.

Snow storms at Chicago Not the fault of the company But nightmare experience

Avoid Frankfurt airport; sat on the tarmac for 5 hours waiting for luggage to be loaded on to the flight. On arrival at Mumbai found our luggage did not arrive with us and was delivered 2 days later

Boarding in Naples, was good but queues not well set up to distinguish priority from economy. Smaller plane from Naples to Munich (expected) Staff nice. Crew very polite.

Pros: "I’m so grateful for all the movies"
Cons: "Flight was delayed bc of Pakistan air space so I had to take 3 planes instead of 2"
Cons: "The flight had a departure delay of three hours. That was not fun"
Pros: "the crew were very good"
Cons: "sitting all the way back of the plane next to fat lady sorry"
Cons: "Too hot on plane but food was more ham expected and drinks were appreciated"
Pros: "In this day of continuous service cutbacks Lufthansa has managed to keep amenities that make long flights bearable. The boarding was early and efficient. Meals were decent and plentiful. Hot hand wipes were provided. Hundreds of video entertainment options and fairly friendly English speaking flight attendants. I recommend paying the small upcharge to choose seats with extra legroom. totally worth it on the long haul"
Cons: "Be there early. They board early"
Pros: "Friendly crew."
Cons: "Not much room in the seats. Very narrow. Not much space between the rows.Food is mediocre."

Hostile flight attendants. Second flight with Jose so much better. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Thanks.

Pros: "Plane was new"
Cons: "Airport is a disaster. It is a single gate, bamboo-walled open air space with about half the seating necessary for a flight. Latam charges almost $2 even for a cup of “coffee” that is really just hot water, powdered Nescafé and powdered milk! It hardly seems worth the effort and really slows down service."
Pros: "Nothing. It was a short flight with nothing special to mention."
Cons: "The flight actually leaving on time and not half an hour late."
Pros: "Not much I can think of"
Cons: "Undisclosed charges for bags and a check on that lasted over 30 minutes and my entire family ogn6 people were scattered throughout plane with absolutely no effort to put young kids next to parents"
Cons: "They bumped 60 of us off the plane with no warning"
Pros: "Quick check in online"
Cons: "Plane was 2 hours late taking off and we missed our connecting flight."
Pros: "the crew was not friendly on boarding, or during the trip. I like it when they great you and say welcome aboard."
Cons: "long long line at check in... long line at the TSA late getting to the gate. Flight left an hour late did not meet my connecting fight no help in SP no ground crew for directions. long long line at customs then long line to rebook flight had a 7 hour layover in SP before Rio."
Pros: "The plane has a huge leg room space, the chairs are very comfy."
Cons: "The check-in and the baggage drop process in the counter is absolutely slow, as well as the boarding process. I wasn't able to do the check in online."
Pros: "It was on time and boarding was efficient. I’ve never been on a flight where they board window seats first, then middle, then aisle. I can see how that makes a lot of sense and makes the process better."
Cons: "I wasn’t sure why my small rolling luggage was being tagged and told to be left at the gate. Others had their rolling pieces brought onto the plane and there was enough room, so I was a little worried about if someone was going through it or if it would make it to the destination. It did show up."
Pros: "Plane was clean, videos worked well. Cabin attendants were gracious and spoke excellent English. Food was good."

A heated chicken pie as a snack was terrible and could not be eaten. It should never be served. The crew took a long time in cleaning up after meals

Pros: "Crew members were very friendly."
Cons: "It would help to train them on how pour wine without spilling."
Pros: "That I got home"
Cons: "Haha where do I start. The experience overall was poor. One of my flights was canceled by British and they claimed I cancelled it. It was a hot mess all the way around. This left we standing outside the airport in Indi for nearly an hour."
Cons: "Charged me for checking a bag.. was not told of that. No coffee or any beverages provided. Seats uncomfortable. Will fly Iberia next time."
Pros: "Love that meals are part of the flight. Excellent meals, great service."
Cons: "Boarding announcements hard to hear in gate area at Gatwick."
Pros: "Yea the crew members were very polite and nice"
Cons: "There was no charging point in the plane in my returning flight so that was a bit disappointing"
Pros: "They sped up the flight time after leaving Chicago two hours late."
Cons: "We sat in the dark on the tarmac with the door open and below freezing temperatures with irregular updates as to the delay or expected arrival time. The flight details were not updated to say the flight would be delayed until after it was originally to have arrived in Milwaukee."
Pros: "Nothing to like at all."
Cons: "There is no food even water at international flight!!! Terrible service."
Pros: "The flight was great and was on time. Down side, no entertainment at all."
Cons: "Lack of entertainment"
Pros: "Crew was good the equipment on board not good. I paid for 6 seats for my family and earphone connection plus power socket didn't work"
Cons: "Seats are too close together, very uncomfortable for long international flight"
Cons: "Business area crew needs to better service from Bogota to san salvador."
Cons: "The seats are amazingly narrow and uncomfortable for 5 hours flight."
Cons: "The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well"
Pros: "That's the only good thing."
Cons: "Mediocre food, flight attendants were cold and unhelpful. I never heard of 90% of the entertainment offered, and the rest were really old. Bring your own entertainment, and a charging cable. In fact, bring everything you think you will need, water, food, Tylenol for the headache you will definitely have by the end of his flight. No one has any interest in being helpful or making your flight Pleasant."
Pros: "Low cost and they were on time."
Cons: "I am under the impression that any international flight exceeding 6+ hours are supposed to serve food. This was not the case. Food was only served to people who had ordered it. Not even a glass of water was served."
Pros: "I was sitting in primer economy with lots of legroom. It was good service, on- time flight"
Pros: "It was a regular flight Seats worked entertainment worked Staff did their jobs without many smiles but they did it"
Cons: "staff was somewhat distracted doing their duty but not attuned to peoples needs I wanted more water Had to ask twice OH I forgot was the answer I got Otherwise all was fine"
Pros: "This was a good flight with good service and a nice crew. It was especially nice to have actual silverware to use for the meal."
Cons: "Changing terminals in New Yory was challenging because the route was not clearly marked. They did not honor the on-line boarding passes, so I had to go to the counter to reprint the boarding passes and then go through security again. I also would have preferred a clean blanket once I got on board. The flight attendants seemed hesitant to speak to me in Spanish, which I speak pretty well and they also seemd uncomfortable talking to me in English, which is my native tongue. This made it hard to interact with them in my normal good natured way."
Cons: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

Great experience, I just wish airline seats were more comfortable in general.

Pros: "Between this nonstop and Iberia’s nonstop, these seats are much more more comfortable, they recline and there is actual legroom."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US."
Cons: "The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage"
Pros: "The only thing I liked was the company of the people sitting next to me on the flight and the fact that we arrived safely."
Cons: "The service at the check in counter could have been better. The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat"
Cons: "Delayed first leg, missed connection 3 hours delayed AND they lost my baggage"
Pros: "boarding was relatively good"
Cons: "they didn't offer me or my husband absolutely nothing to drink! and the trip was awful!"
Pros: "No frills service with a great crew and well maintained planes"
Cons: "Not too many entertainment options for a translatantic flight"
Pros: "I liked everything. I enjoyed my flight very much. We even arrived before time."
Cons: "No dislikes on my flight"
Pros: "The flight was half empty which was great as i had 3 seats for myself. Everything was on time and functional. The crew was polite and nice."
