Cons (-) It was smelly, it was a mixer of dust and humidity. Room's decoration was old. The mattress was too soft and light was coming in as the curtains weren't thick enough.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's tranquil, lush location and beautiful grounds, often comparing it to an oasis or a tropical getaway. The pool and breakfast receive positive remarks for their quality and ambiance. However, there are notable complaints about service, particularly slow or inattentive staff, and issues with cleanliness in some rooms. While many find the setting and amenities relaxing and enjoyable, several guests feel the service and room maintenance fall short of expectations for a 4-star property.AI-generated from customer reviews
