1st the place is filthy. 2nd there are zero amenities. 3rd workers are beyond lazy. 4th it took over an hour to wait for the airport shuttle to grab us at the airport. When i tried to call the front desk to arrange the shuttle, no one answered and this was during the day. I wouldn't stay here again

Pros (+) Staff were friendly and as accommodating as possible.
Cons (-) Our reservation was given to someone else and we were downgraded to a room even though we had a guaranteed room and pricing. No help from supervisor and lack of proper communication regarding this issue.
