Pros (+) Good location for visiting Fairhope. Breakfast was decent—eggs (premade omelets that we’re sort of strange--but kids liked them) and sausage, pastries (we didn’t try) and yogurt. Beds were comfortable enough, heard no noise from other units, no problem with hot water, clean, etc.
Cons (-) I would like fresh fruit at breakfast—there wasn’t any when we arrived at 9:30 on the two days we breakfasted there. And I’d like more lodging options in Fairhope, but my wallet approves of this option. Some folks might not like the exterior walkways and the absence of a lift to the second story, but we had no issues with them.
Pros (+) Clean rooms. Decent local. Did I say great staff!
Cons (-) Room was a little cramped but high value for the buck.
Pros (+) Rooms Clean and comfortable Close to amenities Seems like owners are trying hard to make it a good place to stay.
Cons (-) Temporary workers were staying there and hanging out. Kinda loud. WIFI was out and nothing was resolved.
