Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which was mentioned as a positive aspect in several reviews. However, the majority of feedback was negative, with recurring complaints about cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast quality, and unsatisfactory service. Issues such as rude staff, lack of cleanliness, maintenance problems, and misleading amenities were frequently cited. While a few guests found the hotel acceptable for the price or praised specific staff members, most reviews reflected disappointment and would not recommend the property.
