Pros: It was a peaceful getaway for me and my wife. Very enjoyable and relaxing.
Cons: Room service was magnificent.
Pros: The room was really nice
Cons: Well satisfied
Pros: The look of the hotel is very cool. The rooms were spacious and clean with a nice bathroom area.
Pros: The hotel is right off the freeway, and the location is amazing. There is a gas station adjacent to the hotel, which was great because we just walked right over to buy some waters.
Cons: Pay for parking my car
Pros: Nice decor and great location
Cons: Charge for parking which is ridiculous. Girl who checked me in was a bit rude
Pros: The room was ready and clean! The staff were friendly and attentive. We were only there overnight but it was very nice, quiet enough and clean (which to me is the most important feature)!
Cons: Nothing, it was all good
Pros: Clean, spacious, nice amenities. Close to freeway and airport.
Cons: Lack of nearby attractions. Far from downtown and other tourist areas/attractions.
Pros: Clean, and luxurious feel. Easy access, and only minutes from Manhattan Beach.
Cons: Restaurant was mediocre.
Pros: Huge rooms deigned and furnished lavishly.
Cons: A bit too far from any touristy attractions. Not a walking hotel b
Cons: Parking charge.
Pros: Location and good price
Cons: Front desk staff / accounting staff are incompetent
They double charged for the room and then didn't seem to think it was a big deal. I'm sure it will get refunded sooner or later but just a hassle. First and last Ayres hotel stay
Conveniently located just minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and downtown Manhattan Beach, Ayres Hotel Manhattan Beach offers convenience, comfort and old world elegance. Each guest will enjoy pristine accommodations as well as complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. A daily full breakfast is at a surcharge. Self-parking is available at $10 per night.
Pros: The service staff was great, enjoyed the hotel staff cars (Mercedes and Rolls Royce) taking us to shopping locations/lunch... and picking us up.
The hotels artwork, decor and architecture is one of the best in the World, and we have travelled most of Europe and stayed in their 5 start hotels. The Beverly Wishire gets 5 Stars+ in my book, my 2nd time their and I will return again soon.
Dr Phil M
Pros: The beverly wilshire is just an excellent hotel with warm and cozy enviroment, luxurious and really fancy.
Guest is very good served
Cons: The shower is so weak and has no presure, that you hardly can take a shower.
Surrounded by high-end shopping and dining venues, this luxurious Beverly Hills property is located near Rodeo Drive and just minutes away from Paley Centre for Media, Museum of the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences, and Museum of Tolerance.
Pros: My husband and I had a fabulous stay at the Marina del Rey Hotel.
Our room had a amazing view of the marina, was very well appointed and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to that part of LA.
Pros: Vibrant lounge with a nice view of the marina.
Cons: $30 valet only parking option!! Weird odor in the room
Pros: Ambiance was great from the beachy/sea vibe in the lobby with the "flying" seagull sculptures hanging from the ceiling a wonderful scent machine in the lobby that makes you feel like you are at the beach.
Very romantic setting at the outside bar complete with couches and fire pits.
Beds were super comfortable.
Cons: $30/day for valet parking is a bit steep when there is plenty of parking around the hotel. Give an option for people to park their own cars, even if you have to charge a fee.
Pros: The remodel is first class.
Cons: The front desk service was fine. The dining was terrible. Slow inattentive service, overdone steak, raw salmon, overpriced.
Pros: We loved the view, facilities, great beds and location of the hotel.
Cons: No complaints.
5 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport, this hotel is 4 blocks from the shops and restaurants of Fisherman's Village and a mile from a public beach.
Pros: I liked that the hotel was near the water, close to a concert I was attending.
Cons: I booked this hotel because they had balconies and it was near the water. The balcony was closed due to renovations. The bath tub was small , hotel was a little outdated. Not as special as a experience as I was hoping for
Pros: Nice place, but not worth the Ritz premium. I would stay at the JW Marriott in Santa Monica next time I'm in the area.
Pros: Hotel staff was outstanding; from valet, front desk & concierge all the way through to pool attendants, room service and bell desk.
Cons: Totality , needs upgraded , bathrooms , amenities , need more restaurants .
Pros: Staff is great, and generally a very nice hotel.
Cons: Doesn't live up to our expectations based on previous experiences at other Ritz hotels. It feels tired, not as luxurious as others, and is starting to show some age without upkeep. A simple example would be the pool has cracked tiles and feels rundown.
Pros: I like the avalibiliy of the staff
Cons: For a younger crowd in there 25-30 age it's not an appeasing hotel it's more for older crowd like 50-60 so for me being a pro Olympic athlete and being 23 yrs old I didn't enjoy it that much
Pros: the location
Cons: room service food. the french soup was disgusting. There was also no glasses in the room.
time it took to get the food
valet parking took 15 mins to get our car
Pros: I can't begin to find words to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Marina del Rey Ritz Carlton! We arrived on a Wednesday morning with a sick child. The staff immediately took charge helping to get us situated with a room and going so far above and beyond ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. From the person who greeted us to take our luggage, to the valet, to the front desk staff to the wait staff in the restaurant and the gift shop (which opened up for us to get us meds in the middle of the night) to the manager who followed up even after we had left their hotel, every layer was kind, attentive and fantastic! They honestly made us feel like we were at home with family who was concerned about us. What a fantastic experience! T

Cons: I booked and paid for a Deluxe King Room with view of Hollywood sign. I received a room near the elevators with a constant machine and elevator running noise. I asked to be moved and was told someone would be right up and after 10 minutes I grew tired of waiting and went down to the front desk. This was already 11PM. I was taken to a new room that had an adjoining door with a party going on in the adjacent room. I asked to be moved AGAIN, eventually to a room with queen bed. The beds were too soft for my taste. There was a curly hair on the soap dish in the shower. I will never stay there again.
Cons: The mattresses were too old and lacked firmness.
Pros: The staff was great. It was right in the middle of Hollywood, nice and clean. Loved the shopping connected to it.
Pros: Staff was ecellent
Cons: Parking a little too expensive
Pros: IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO CALIFORNIA FOR MY WIFE AND I ,WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE HOTEL .HOW SPOTLESS EVERYTHING WAS.THE MEN IN THE CONCEIER DESK CHRIS,AND NINO WHERE VERY HELPFUL.THE BUFFET BREAKFEAST WAS THE BEST.
Pros: Hotel was beautiful! Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was fantastic! Our room had a phenomenal view of the Hollywood sign. Pool was gorgeous. All in all, it was the best experience we could have hoped for on our first trip to Tinseltown.
Pros: The hotel was located in a perfect location. I was close to everything I wanted to be near. The pool and other facilities was the best. The room was also very cozy.
Pros: As soon as we stepped out of the car we were treated with such surprising care. The man at valet, Ever (that's his name- EVER, how cute is that?) was so nice that my fiancée and I looked at each other and just shook our heads and laughed. We weren't used to customer service like this. We went to check in early, 1pm, and Melanie at the front desk was able to upgrade us to a corner suite! The entire staff was so professional but without being too stuffy. The hotel was beyond our expectations.
Cons: Not a big deal but there was one little Q-tip outside our room for our stay. We kind of joked that they gave us the Q-tip suite. We also couldn't find coffee in the morning inside the hotel. We had our coffee maker in the room but needed more and didn't want to pay $15 for a pot of coffee at the restaurant.
Pros: The staff were very friendly, and helpful when I checked in. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The mini-bar key didn't work, and it would've been nice to have a fridge to keep some drinks in the fridge, but I didn't inquire with the staff, and I assume they would've rectified that for me if I had.
Nice and central, so traveling for business doesn't mean limited options for food and amenities.
Pros: Loved the location of this hotel. Service was great as well!
Pros: The staff was amazing!! So helpful! The rooms were very comfortable!! The beds were great!! We had a room with a view, and it was fantastic.
Cons: The one big thing that I didn't like was, that there was no fridge in the room. We asked for one and got one for a small charge. The other only thing I didn't like was, that there was no microwave in the room.
The sign. The Hills. Our urban oasis at the corner of Hollywood and Highland is your perfect base for moving and shaking, Hollywood-style.
Pros: It was right across from the marina. A beautiful setting. Convenient to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was very friendly. The room was immaculate and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend it.
Pros: The lobby, close location to Venice beach and the bar were quite nice. Staff is accommodating and nice.
Cons: Rooms and interiors of the halls were old, carpet is definitely old, and the lounge for elite members is tiny (cramped seating). Really small outdoor pool.
Pros: The service and staff were great - hotel is very nice!
Pros: Room was nice and clean
Cons: Parking for $37, valet only was a rip-off!
Cons: Parking fee not included in stay
Cons: Rooms not ready for check in
Come explore a brand new hotel experience at the Marina del Rey Marriott in the heart of one of the most desirable coastal communities in Southern California. Our hotel is just 4-miles north from Los Angeles Intl airport (LAX), 3-blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches of world-famous Venice Beach and 2-miles south from Santa Monica shopping attractions. Our hotel offers easy access to a variety of Los Angeles area highlights, in addition to providing access to over 30 restaurants within walking distance, making our distinctive location an ideal meeting and social destination while offering everything you need to relax or conduct business. With our brand new lobby, inviting outdoor lounge and spacious new guest rooms offering panoramic views of Marina del Rey, Southern California coastlines, along with city and mountain views of the entire Los Angeles basin, you’ll find that our hotel is the perfect location.
Pros: The location is fabulous. You can walk to all the tourist spots which are right behind the hotel. And you can walk to Runyon Canyon to hike/walk which is a must do and has virtually no parking anyway!
Cons: The parking is bad but the staff has a real handle on getting people out of you are blocked in.
Pros: The hotel is situated right behind the walk of fame. Within walking distance of the Chinese theater, wax museum, numerous gift shops, and other attractions. Parking is available around the corner from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Free Breakfast.
Cons: The hotel is dated but the cleanliness, friendly staff, and free breakfast more than make up for its lack of modern fixtures.
Pros: Proximity to all major attractions. Parking lot. Amazing staff. Very neat, clean and with style.
Great location to the Hollywood and Highland Shopping center; Dolby Theatre; and Hollywood Bowl
Pros: Very friendly staff and clean rooms
Cons: the Parking
Because the hotel is so close to everything and the morning manager was very friendly and helpful, we continued our stay for 4 nights. Initially, once I saw how worn the room was, I was going to try to change hotels. However, any issues that we had (such as the air not working the first night, poor draining tub, and no parking space available) were addressed and handled right away, so we decided to stay. If you are not looking for a 5 star hotel, but rather a place that is clean and convenient to attractions, then this hotel is good. I must mention that the beds are pretty hard and not super comfortable but we were so worn out that we were able to sleep regardless.
Pros: The proximity to everything was wonderful. The manager working during the morning hours was super nice and very accomodating.
Cons: This hotel is worn and dated. I did not care for the bathroom in our room. The parking is not great either. We had to park in the parking gargage nearby as there were no available spaces. The water also did not drain very well at all in the bathtub.
Situated in the historical district, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk of El Capitan Theatre, Dolby Theater, and Hollywood and Highland Center. TCL Chinese Theatre and Hollywood Bowl are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Cons: I booked a room with two beds, when I showed up they did not have any rooms with two beds available. I had to book an additional room at my expense.
Pros: Good location. Close to LAX, not far from the beach. Room was great, very clean. Friendly staff, free parking was a huge plus.
Pros: The hotel was nice enough. I was in town on business and searching for places to relocate to in the area. This has always been my go to when I am on business travel and was excited to bring my girlfriend and show her where I stay when I travel to LA.
Cons: Unfortunately we had some items come up broken after we were gone all day. Management never came to see us after they promised that they would. Nothing has been done about it. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, but at least give me the courtesy of attempting to make it right instead of constantly saying sorry. Sorry doesn't fix it, it admits fault which further enraged by the lack of effort to make things right
Pros: While being close to the airport you don't hear much from the planes.
Pros: Extremely courteous and helpful staff and comfortable amenities.
Cons: Indoor signage for pool/spa is lacking.

Pros: I though the hotel's location was cool, off the main road but still tucked away and private.
And the rooms were comfortable and newly renovated.
Cons: I didn't like the rooms lay out. (No foyer or hallway to separate the room door from the sleeping area) You see the light leek in from under the door and the foot traffic in the hall feels very close as you lay in bed. Also the robes were only a large and fit me more like a child's robe than one for an adult.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Included wired and wireless Internet access (~8 Mbs up & down)
Cons: Valet parking only ($15/day)
Floors are creaky, can easily hear the guests walking around in room above
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Love the hip decor. Would come back again. Really Nice people. In general we really enjoyed Manhattan Beach more than other coastal cities. It's less cramped feeling and has a wonderful Beach.
Cons: Valet parking. I'm guessing you could park in neighboring streets if you wanted. It's on a busy street but it's nestled back a bit so you don't feel it.
Pros: The staff couldn't have been nicer and it made the stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommended and will stay here again!
Pros: I arrived late because my flight from Miami was delayed a few hours. As I walked in around midnight, the staff helped me load up my suitcases into a trolley and directed me to where I could take my dog out for a walk. I ordered a breakfast that night for sometime between 9:00am and 9:30am the following morning, and it arrived promptly by 9:05am. The staff also allowed for a later check-out at 12:30pm to give me time to maneuver my belonging and dog. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend.
Cons: They stopped serving food for room service pretty early.
Pros: Love the idea if complementary cookies. I didn't eat any but the idea is great. Thanks.
Cons: They nickle and dime you on the breakfast. $9.99 for a bowl of oatmeal. Nooooo! So sad. $30.00 for the two of us to have eggs, sausage and potatoes. Really. And the OJ was a separate charge, ouch.
Pros: The hotel has many positives such as: clean surroundings, friendly staff, great food, free wifi, & an inexpensive valet.
Pros: I really thought the room was lovely--large. Things seemed updated and clean. Bed was fairly comfortable--everything worked well. Staff was warm and friendly. Cookies in the afternoon provided at front desk.
Cons: First bellman didn't tell us that we could stay parked in the Handicapped Parking spot in front. Second bellman did, but a $10.00 charge appeared on the final bill. Staff took it off when I explained. Requested 4 pillows and a view as our most important request. No view and only 2 pillows on bed when we arrived. Bellman brought two more pillows after a phone call. Artwork in hallway is a series of gigantic pictures of 1950 ish dolls---creepy. Including a 5X7 framed photo of one of the doll pictures on the desk in the room. i could see one, but entire hall lined with them.
Pros: We loved the location, cleanliness, size of the room and price.
Cons: Room service- the breakfast was awful! We didn't eat all of it because it was a soggy wet fried egg sandwich with rolls of lunch meat and wet uncooked spinach. Honestly don't get breakfast there. Also the front desk girl didn't make eye contact or smile once- not sure why but that got to me.
Pros: The room decor and space were both excellent. The bed felt firm in an inexpensive fashion, but was still reasonable in comfort. The real reason for the low rating in an otherwise four star establishment was the complete lack of hot water pressure at 1030 am on a weekday.
Pros: Overall we loved the hotel and will go back. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice restaurant/bar upstairs. Courtyard peaceful. Staff very friendly.
Cons: The paintings of the "Barbie"-like girls in the hallway were odd.
The Belamar is located 1.5 mi from downtown Manhattan Beach, and numerous restaurants and shops. The hotel lies 4 mi from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Pros: The closeness to the beach and water and how close we were to Venice beach all the interesting people and places we saw was just amazing can't wait to come again
Cons: The only thing I didn't really like was the view from our room
Pros: We were planning to have our short, informal ceremony on the beach and then enjoy the rooftop; but, our view was so amazing, we had our ceremony right on our patio deck! Also, when I mentioned to Billy that we were getting married that day, he sent a bottle of champagne to our room! Unbelievable guest service! We will recommend the Erwin to friends & family.
Pros: We stayed here with a couple friends for a birthday weekend celebration. Jesenia was really nice and calles us when we were able to check in early. The rooms were great. My cousin checked in early but didn't get the king bed she booked. So later she called Jeff and was able to get a better room. A suite!
Cons: The rooftop lounge during the day was great. The bartenders was nice. At nighttime, the waitress we had was btichy. The lounge areas were nice but even for hotel fuests we had to reserve on opentable.com. the problem was we had a big group. They provide blankets so thats a plus but we didn't stay up there long. Lastly, Valet/parking was $32!
Pros: the suite was awesome! The rooftop bar was great. Blankets were clutch. Friendly staff!
Cons: The tiny sign on the door entrance in the corner.. Stating that there were chemicals in the building from which you could get cancer from.. Was not clear when I book the hotel that the building is a health risk.

In its fun and festive splendor overlooking the famous boardwalk, Hotel Erwin offers the ultimate Venice Beach experience where guests can eat, drink, swim, shop, gallery-hop and relax. The hotels modern interior reflects the vibe of the city, and strongly displays an eclectic energy. Additionally, the hotels rooftop hangout, High Lounge, is the premier Venice Beach open-air lounge, where cocktails and the nightly sunset are the main event.
Cons: the accommodation is terrible, short of staff, everything is so expensive, I'm expecting five star accommodation, instead I'm getting a terrible room with nothing to offer, I wouldn't recommend to any friend of mine.

Pros: Location was interesting; good restaurants nearby; kinda edgy.
Weirdly, my hair loved whatever shampoo & conditioner they used (could also be the quality of the water itself?). I never had such silky smooth hair!
Cons: The facilities reminded me of a motel in the 70's. They tried to be trendy and hip, but it just didn't cut it. The room didn't feel private. The balcony overlooked the courtyard one floor below and there was a really bright light at night, so I didn't feel comfortable opening the curtains to let any light in. The bathtub had a no-slip matt inside, so it felt like a retirement home. Although relatively clean, the smell of the cleaning products was really old-school. Only thing missing was the coin-operated vibrating bed. No restaurant or room service, and breakfast in the morning was very basic.
My daughter and l had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Our room was very clean and beds where comfortable.
The location is a short walk to the beach.
The staff was friendly, professional and attentive!
We were so happy with our accommodations that we extended our stay by two days.
Highly recommend !
Pros: Good location, near beach, many good eateries etc.
Excellent helpful staff, particularly Emad, who could not have been more helpful and deserves high praise.
The rooms have been done up but essentially it's a renovated old building.
Good parking underneath but $14/day.
All round ok but not cheap.
Cons: Being on a busy street there was considerable traffic noise.
The serve yourself breakfast was frugal and nothing to write home to Mum about.
Pros: I've stayed here before for a few days - great location and generally a very good place to stay.
However the room was a bit musty when I entered - not enough for me to want a new oom but noticeable.
Facilities are OK - bathroom very cosy though.
Would definetly stay again.
This European-style inn is inspired by the culture and history of nearby Venice Beach, and is located less than two blocks from the Boardwalk. Marina Del Rey is four blocks away.
Pros: Good location; great proximity to downtown restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable, front desk staff was friendly.
Cons: Bathroom was dingy and difficult to use. Floor, shower and sink basin are concrete and not desirable in any way. Bathroom sink ackward and not conducive to even washing hands. Floor looked dirty. I expected much more from a traditional BH Hotel. Spent a brief moment in the bar. Bar staff was inattentive and aloof. Thermostat in the room was broken and the room was cold all night. I'm the morning, no valet until 7:00 a.m. I had to fetch my own car from the parking garage across the street. I am not likely to return...
Cons: Cramped room
No drinking glasses in room
No where to open luggage except on bed
This eco-friendly hotel is located in Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills - West Hollywood), in the heart of Beverly Hills, just steps from the world famous Rodeo Drive. A short drive from the Grove and Hollywood Blvd
Pros: Clean room and convenient location. Nice common areas. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. The best price for the overpriced area.
Cons: This location has under gone a half hearted renovation. The price doesn't match the quality. The layout of the property is odd and there are no rooms with good views. Some of the furniture is banged up. The water temperature is difficult to control in the sinks. Sewer gas smells would come from the bathroom drains at night. Lower levels can hear movement from upper levels.
Pros: Good location and staff was very accommodating.

Pros: The staff was the best, the beds were excellent, the candy at the front counter........will be my choice always in LA......very close convenient to airport.
Pros: Clean, good size room that looked somewhat modern.
Cons: Elevator was really slow but I can wait a bit
Pros: Service, room size, and breakfast.
Cons: Not enough soap for us to shower
Pros: location is a little bit far from down town but it's not big deal to you.
and the price is very reasonable.
I went to there with one girl and two guys.
The hotel was very comfortable and even staff is very helpful and kindness.
so if i have a chance go to the LA, i would book there again.

Pros: Clean, neat, great breakfast, lots of kids, great place to stay while visiting my hometown.
Pros: Nice, cozy space, loved that there's a kitchen.

Pros: I liked the whole part of the checkin taking 30 minutes at 2 am because kayak messed it up.
Cons: I didn't like pretty much the whole thing. The checkin took literally forever. Never again
Pros: The convince and distance to the public transportation makes it easy to go to different places. Other businesses close to the hotel is a plus
Cons: Overall I liked everything for the one night I stayed
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable, very nice rooms,I was pleasantly surprised by the full size refrigerator and the stove top, good to know for a longer stay
Pros: Very nice and clean room and good breakfast.
Cons: The only thing I did not like it the parking situation and entry to hotel is weird.
Pros: Airport shuttle, breakfast, comfy beds, and clean/large rooms!
Cons: The TV in the room didn't work. I informed the front desk and was told maintenance would come look at it. Waited 2 hours and no one came so I canceled the maintenance call.
Pros: Shuttle service to and from the airport is very easy and efficient. Size of room is above average.
Cons: Neighborhood. Showerhead was old and clogged.
Pros: This place is really a great value, the building is safe and well maintained. Having a gated parking garage is great for peace of mind. The rooms are very nice for what you pay and overall stay was very comfortable. I've been there twice already and plan on staying again because the experience was so great. Highly recommended!
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms with large frig and full-size microwave. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Secure parking. Nice pool area. Minutes from LAX.
Cons: Some of the breakfast selections weren't appealing. TV was too small for the size of the room (hard to see from across the room while sitting on bed).
Cons: Not too great an area for walking to restaurants, etc
Pros: Room was clean and spacious.
Cons: Hotel located in somewhat seedy area. Didn't feel safe to walk anywhere.
Pros: We needed a place to stay near LAX that didn't cost an arm and a leg. This Comfort Inn was just the ticket. Plus secure off-street parking and a full, hot breakfast.
Pros: Ample room soace (double queen). Convenient location, close to LAX, near shopping malls and fast foods, at reasonable distance from Hollywood - one hour drive. Breakfast OK. Parking OK. Near Metro station even though I did not use it. Amenities ok: microwave, refrigerator. Good value for the cost.
Cons: Bumpy elevator.

Pros: Our group had several requests, and the front desk was very accommodating.
Pros: 10 minutes from Santa Monica & Venice but much more affordable
Facilities seemed very nice, even though we had plans elsewhere so didn't use many of them
Bed was comfortable
Room was spacious & had mini-refrigerator
Housekeeping cleaned the room much better than at most hotels
Cons: We had an "accessable" room, which I don't remember requesting. This wasn't bad, but I wish there were a few normal height towel bars & hooks, in addition to the low ones.
There was a coffee-maker but no tea bags for non-coffee drinkers
Pros: Great staff, spacious room.
Cons: Bed wasn't great, too soft.
Pros: 1.) location- walking distance to Westfield Mall, CVS, movie theater. Close to freeway.
2.) free WIFI
3.) comfortable beds
Cons: 1.) view outside is dumpster of CVS.
2.) noisy AC
3.) not all staff are friendly.
Pros: I normally don't do surveys but I have to share the experience at this Courtyard Marriotts. I am very impressed with the hispitality I received from the front desk. Everyone was smiling and cheerful, helpful and pleasant, curious and attentive. I was so comfortable and welcomed. I have not had such an excellent experience in a long time. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.
Cons: Not being able to stay longer.
Cons: The shower water temperature was off and we couldn't take a shower without either freezing or getting burned
The room was not cleaned in the afternoon (and we didnt put a dont disturb sign on)
Also $18 for parking in the hotel you are already paying outrageous amount for is not cool.
Pros: My stay included my mother who is a senior citizen. I found the location to be very convenient to my site seeing destinations.
Pros: Very nice, clean, big rooms.
Pros: The front desk staffers were very helpful, the hotel is beautiful and the pool was fun.
The parking was ample and the location was great for our trip.
