Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and beautiful views, making it a highlight of their stay. However, many reviews mention significant issues with cleanliness, service, and amenities, including limited staff presence, poor room and bathroom hygiene, and non-functional facilities such as the pool, sauna, and TV. Breakfast is often described as sparse and not worth the price, with frequent shortages and limited variety. While a few guests found the staff friendly and some rooms comfortable, the overall experience is marred by operational shortcomings and lack of maintenance.
