Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near attractions and transport, and excellent value for money. Many found the rooms to be spacious for the price, and several enjoyed beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. However, some reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells, dust, and old furnishings. While the hotel is somewhat outdated, guests generally felt it was a good budget choice, especially for those prioritizing affordability and service.
