Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with some highlighting positive experiences at reception. Breakfast receives mixed reviews, with some appreciating its availability and others finding it basic. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with multiple reports of stained linens, insects, and poorly maintained rooms. Bathrooms are frequently described as outdated, lacking proper ventilation, or having plumbing issues. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and bathroom facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
