Pros (+) Very clean and the staff are very helpful, a great place to stay in the area.
Cons (-) As with last time the price rocketed towards the day despite the hotel only having 8 guests. Typical messages of only 4 left at this price. Issue is really with the facilitators of the purchase rather than the hotel itself.

Pros (+) Good, clean hotel, well serviced with very helpful staff.
Cons (-) The price skyrocketed on Kayak by $25 from one day to the next. The hotel was near empty so it had nothing to with demand.
