Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly staff, convenient location, and good value for money. Several reviews highlighted clean and comfortable rooms, with some guests noting positive experiences with remodeled rooms and easy check-in. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness, maintenance issues, and noise, with some guests reporting dirty rooms, broken amenities, and disturbances from other guests. The breakfast was also criticized for not being available as advertised. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and service, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
