Pros (+) The place was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons (-) The kitchen could be better provided with kitchenware. The room was a bit smelly and stuffy.

Pros (+) The Savoy is very central, staff are friendly, professional and welcoming, rooms are clean and warm, each bed has its own light, charger and shelf, the bathroom was more like a hotel than a hostel. The free breakfast was great - cereal, toast, fruit, juice, tea and real coffee. The common room has 3 free computers with internet, pool table, lots of seating and tables, and a big TV. The kitchen is ...
Cons (-) Kitchen is small and gets cramped at meal times. Many people staying there don't bother cleaning up after themselves and leave their dishes and beer cans all over the kitchen and dining area.
