Pros (+) The location was ideal - a few blocks from the Railway Station, a block from a fancy grocery store, a block from Starbucks and the river. My room was very clean and comfortable with good storage for a small space.
Cons (-) I was on the 6th floor. The lift is available a floor above the street entrance. So I had to carry a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lift. The lift is tiny so I sat on my suitcase to the 6th floor. I could not figure out how the coffee dispenser worked in the room and there were no instructions. There was a much needed fan in the room and they quickly delivered a second fan at my reque...
