Cons (-) Untrained staff ruined my whole trip. I would never go back to this facility or any other Hyatt location if it could be avoided.
Pros (+) The rooms were built for the modern times. Convenient outlets, TV connections, and WIFI. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel is trying to chance the reception experience by placing the staff closer to the customer. Basically they stand next to you and the computer is integrated into a low counter.
Cons (-) The reception area and staff are hard to recognize sometimes.
