I like the friendliness of the front desk staff, but the household technicians who worked the weekend were horrible room wasn't cleaned the last 2 days of my stay and there was paper that had been left by them in the halls, Breakfast could have a better selection. Pros (+) Room, even though it wasn’t what was originally requested in the booking site, was quiet, clean, comfortable, and satisfying. We had requested - and were confirmed for - a “high floor” room, only to find ourselves on the second floor. The room turned out fine, and the helpful staff refunded the extra cost of that “high floor” room.
Cons (-) Just the initial annoyance of the booking snafu.
