Pros: Good room, beds fine, likewise shower. Great to have large mugs for hot drinks, so often places only supply small mugs.

Everything was lovely about Elizabeth house. And it’s a four star hotel. And the price was great . Thank you Michelle John &nicki
Cons: Nothing everything was great
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good: cooked to request and the breakfast room was light, welcoming and with a view of the garden (even though it was the middle of winter)! The Satnav found the location easily - it's on a main road. We were looking for a good, functional and economic place for one overnight stay after a late visit and it delivered in all aspects.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The pub facilities were fine, the staff were friendly in most instances.
Cons: The room itself was in very poor condition. There were dust webs hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom was grim with a shower that didnt really shower...just dropped water. The way to the room had a thread bare, filthy carpet.
7.0 Good
Pros: Hard for me to generalise on this stay as I ended up in a completely different building to the one I originally booked. So my original room was on top floor, rickety old stairs, bit dingy with miniscule shower/toilet room more like a porter-cabin! and no reception on the TV. Due to the latter they decided to move me, but in the case of no rooms left, to their partnering guest house across the road. Whilst this was rather inconvenient to me as I had literally minutes to spare to get to the gig I was attending, and only time to bundle everything up and dump it in the new room, this did turn out to be advantageous in the long run and a much nicer accommodation to look forward to returning to at the end of the night. Though this situation was not ideal in the small time frame I had from check in to attending my event, it was dealt with pretty efficiently and did not make me feel like an inconvenience, in fact they seemed happy to help. So the guest house as a rating scored much higher than the hotel! more intimate, quieter, more spacious and an added bonus of a fridge and microwave in the room, enabling me to get something in for breakfast!
Cons: the inconvenience of missing out on my short relax time and being moved to another building whilst just readying to go back out! specially in the midst of a storm!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Enthusiastic staff trying hard to bring a big hotel back to glory How ever as we travelling for and it showed we were on the top floor I think 1st floor may be better still the room was clean breakfast good bar and extras good not bad for business and a lot of work going on to improve
Cons: Landing carpets but the room was ok
4.0 Okay
Pros: Clean tidy good location and pub
Cons: The heating in my room was not working and it was freezin. I was given an electric radiator and carry it from the pub accross the road and get it working myself
5.0 Okay
Pros: Not much food for breakfast, went to McDonald's after
Cons: Load music until 11pm, breakfast was not much, (quantity) Staff made no effort to talk or make any conversation at all .
6.7 Good
Cons: Noisy till Disco finished 11.00pm. Also the smallest bathroom shower toilet was in a cupboard.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly. Hotel very clean. Breakfast good. Very good value
Cons: Heating in the room could have been better.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceeded expectations for budget overnight stay. Great wi fi, Room had all requirements to a budget - bed, tv, tea tray, iron and board, plug sockets in right place, self contained mini shower and wc. Basic soap, shampoo and towel provided. Pub was as noisy as you'd expect with room over the bar, but not disturbingly so. Bar had one real ale! Breakfast was no frills full english, but very good even so. Single bed comfortable and warm enough. Late night door key provided. Though basic, everything well thought out and worked.
Cons: Tea tray a bit meagre , I always like a minimum of 3 tea bags and milk per night - this had 2. TV signal a bit weak - if you need to, better stream via laptop. 2* feel to the place, but no bad thing.

Pros: Great budget hotel , that was very clean & exceptional value.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of food at breakfast. Central for shops, bank etc. Good pubs.
Cons: Everything was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spotless - warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anybody at the price. I had walked by it hundreds of times since it was built while working in London. It will be my accommodation for all future visits. Many thanks.
Cons: Nothing
4.2 Okay
Pros: The triple room arrangement with the bunk bed was really nice
Cons: My bed came without sheets and the bedding itself was quite dirty. The shower was also too small to move in and the door was see through - we had to go to other rooms to shower
7.0 Good
Pros: Compact, smartly designed rooms . Good air conditioning.
Cons: The heat outside meant that the air con dripped water into the room all through the night and I couldn't get myself to fall asleep . It settled on nights 2 and 3 however.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: good value, good clean rooms
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Rooms are extremely dated. It is well overdue a refurbishment. It doesnt feel or look clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: Others UI
Cons: Door lock in bathroom in room 135 missing. No toilet soap provided during the last three days
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing went well this is ridiculous and will never use again.
Cons: Made an accident booking on the 21/02/2020, and I was unable to get a refund or change the date.
1.0 Poor
Pros: No comment.
Cons: Staff weren't at the front desk in the evening. They tended to be in the office at the back. Beggars came in off the street into the dining area before eventually being shouted out by staff to leave. The lifts have a swipe card but it wasn't activated. Any one could walk off the street with intent access the floors. The room I was in was situated at the end of the building and a draft came through the room. The heating vent just about kept the temperature warm enough. The shower had two temperatures, cold and scalding. Any attempt to regulate became a challenge and I had to switch from end to the other and jump in during the transition. The Ibis Budget charges a similar rate to other hotels in the area but does NOT nmatch the standard offered.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights
Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location adjacent to Heathrow Terminal 5 is excellent.
Cons: Room we were allocated was at the end of a corridor where there was no lighting. We could not see the room number as it was too dark. On check in we were informed that breakfast was all room service due to the health restrictions and could be served at any time. At check in I filled in a form requesting breakfast at 05:00 to 05:15 and this was accepted. Next morning: no breakfast. Room service informed me that breakfast was not available before 06:00 as the chef started work at 05:30!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So good close to the terminal and so quite , just what we needed.
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Despite several emails to hotel to know if they were indeed still open or if we could have early check-in-NO RESPONSE.due to covid19 breakfast was via rm service we filled out required forms and gave to reception at 3pm,the food never arrived and we had to get on our flight starving. The shower was only tepid and made a buzzing noise when tried to put it on full power.A woeful experience for a supposed 5star.disgusted.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location was perfect...most staff were polite and professional...
Cons: expected room not to have any offending oder....cleanliness was subpar....room was below ground which made the experience even less pleasant...just and average stay....certainly below 5 star.....
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very polite and helpful staff.
Cons: Considering the Covid 19 lockdown, there was nothing to not like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spotless, the beds amazingly comfortable and the breakfast couldn't have been better. The short walk to Heathrow was definitely a big plus.
Cons: We had such a short stay so didn't find anything to dislike and probably wouldn't have.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: For an airport hotel it certainly exceeded expectations, good staff, 2 mins walk through connected walkway for T5 and very good all round. My room was upgraded at check in as was my elderly grandmothers room which was a great touch Good bar to catch a drink and watch the sports
Cons: possible better / alternate food options bar the main onsite restaurant for dinner but you have many in the terminal building for variety
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service despite the fact that staff was facing an unknown future due to the coronavirus. Everyone was professional and helpful during what must be a difficult time.
Cons: If I had known where the hairdryer was! Sphere doesn't stock non-alcoholic gin such as Cedars or SeedLip.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for the airport, comfortable rooms.
Cons: There is only one elevator from the airport link down to the hotel. This was not working and all bags and skis had to be carried using the escalator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to T5, and travelled the day before my early flight so woke up rested before a long haul trip.
Cons: Thought the prices for food were high, so wandered over to T5 for a meal.

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-out. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge at scheduled times, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel was crazy huge but not in a good way. Like, I felt like I was in a Hotel California or something. Maybe a few maps in the many hallways, corridors amd wings of the hotel would have been helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We always enjoying staying at this hotel but the refurbished rooms are amazing, the beds are lovely. Hassan took care of everything, a credit to the hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was easy to check in, find the room, and everything that we needed was availalbe in the room. Restaurant food and staff were excellent.
Cons: trying to figure out how the shuttle to the airport worked wasn't easy, we called down to the front desk atleast 5 times trying to sort it all out. But in the end it worked okay. They said that the shuttle driver would have change(cost 5 pounds) he didnt
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Comfy bed.
Cons: The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. We were promised fruit and oats by the person on reception when we ask but in the morning it was one small pastry and a cheese sandwich for £10. Absolute rubbish. No apologies from any of the staff when we complained.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport With bus transportation
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and I got a taxi very quickly and efficiently back to the airport the next day.
Cons: These are difficult times with the corona virus, but it is during difficult times that one notices 'little things'. One is told not to touch surfaces - it's very difficult not to in the bathroom - the way the faucets operate, the location of the towel, the door always in the way. The phone smellt like a damp rag - and this is one item that you would like, in these times, to gently smell like a chemical factory. I tried reception (24 hours) three times and no-one answered - although once it seemed to have gone through to the restaurant, but they didn't want to take my message. Just a little point - but all the instant coffees were decafe ...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very handy next to airport
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the convenience of location.
Cons: No heat and bathroom needs to be updated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean great staff great location

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good comfortable room, decent meal in the restaurant, parking onsite was handy and very near Terminal 3. Good sound proofing so hardly noticed proximity to airport
Cons: Could not fault the staff, and it was a comfortable and very good value stay

Extremely clean and functional, very comfortable bed. Very Good value for money. The lights in the bathroom were quite dim, which at the beginning I thought was not good but then I actually got to appreciate their relaxing effect.

Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.

4.0 Okay
Pros: TV was good, room service was quick.
Cons: Room was cold, took too long for reception to answer calls from the room - sometimes they didn't answer at all.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Was fairly quiet.
Cons: Cheap airport hotel, rooms are small and need redecoration, damage to tiles and bathroom fittings.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a great stay. Was only there for a night, staying before flying out at Heathrow the next day. Having a bus take you directly to the hotel from the airport was wonderful. The rooms were clean and personally I believe plenty of space. Breakfast tasted great! Staff was very polite and very helpful. No faults found here!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Wasn’t expecting much due to the cheap price and booked as it was ideal for a quick nap and freshen up for my flight the following morning from LHR having had a long journey from up North....However this hotel exceeded everything. Smart, clean, comfortable, friendly and efficent staff. Hotel transfer very regular and in time. Had I have walked in off the street I would of expected to pay much more for the room. Highly recommend and will definitely use again on my next holiday. Thank you
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed while waiting for a flight home from Heathrow while Coronavirus was causing havoc. We always like Mercure hotels and this one was no exception. The staff are what made our stay memorable. I am sure that with borders closing and less people travelling their jobs and income were in jeopardy yet they were always pleasant and helpful.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, quiet, spacious room; excellent bathroom
Cons: lighting in room a bit odd
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, warm welcome. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay before heading to T5
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel staff tried to harass my family, one adult traveling with two teenage daughters and two children. They told the booking cannot be used for the party. Even though property booking rules allowed for two adults and two children with each adult.
6.0 Good
Pros: Shuttle to Airport was nice, would have been nice to know that it was available FROM the airport, instead of paying high cab fees. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff was uninformative when asking about food available on room service. Website/in room menu provides incorrect information for room service.

Pros: Convenient to Heathrow and clean room. I always come back to this hotel on the night before my flight departure.
Cons: Can't think of any at the moment.

Cons: The restaurant is OK but more options would be nice
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds are great as well as room temperature. This means you sleep better. Great coffee machine in room.
Cons: Staff seemed unfriendlier this time but I am supposing that it is because of the Corona-virus. Rooms are small. All facilities closed because of virus. They should have mentioned this when booking. I stayed here 2 weeks ago and came back here not only because of the comfortable beds, but also for the use of the gym. Very disappointing.

Pros: Honest, great service, will definitely stay again

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to Heathrow. Hand a 14 hour overnight stay on way back to Canada from Greece. Very comfortable beds. Rooms looked recently renovated. Usual amenities for mid range hotel
Cons: Breakfast buffet only and fairly expensive for the three optional breakfasts. Elevators very busy at checkout (10:00 am). On first floor and first 3 elevators full. Walked down to lobby twice with bags before my wife found an elevator with room for her to come down with last bag
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very nice hotel with great rooms. The food we got was also good. Great location too. By far the best mattress/pillows I have had in a hotel. Parking is extra (£12) but reasonable and secure.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and the comfortable beds.
Cons: The shower door doesn't extend the full length of the tub. Also the lights turned off an hour before checkout making it difficult to finish our packing. The view was of a carpark, but then it's the airport so not really a surprise.

Cons: Check in was very slow. Dinner took over 45 minutes to get served. The hair dryer in our room did not work.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food & service in the restaurant were excellent, including breakfast. Our room was comfortable & clean with none of the, all too common, visible wear & tear. An extra bonus was that it was nice and light, unlike many of today's hotels. Its location meant that it was also quiet.
Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: We stayed here on Valentine’s night just because it was local to our night out. We were very surprised when we arrived to check in. It is a lovely place to stay .we had a very warm friendly welcome. From the owner Micheal. He took us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Next morning we had a lovely breakfast .
