It was up to the usual high standard we expect from IHG. It was easy to find and check in. Helpful staff suggested local places to eat. Very happy.

Cons (-) Check in was a disaster. 3:00 check in means 4:00 to their staff with no apologies. They changed the bed request from king to 2 queens for one of the couples in our party with no explanation. We sat and waited for our room to be ready for 50 minutes while party after party were handed their room keys after us. The clerk was rude and just said they were really busy.
