They are attempting to defraud me with fake damages. The pictures of the “damage” don’t even show anything. If you google it they do it all the time. I will be pursuing legal action.

Everything was top notch from the representative pulling the vehicle up to the door and giving us tips for drop off for our departure back home. All other budget rental car locations need to model this one. The car cleanliness and maintenance was great!

Our rental agreement included "I will fill gas tank" option. We drove very little, so it only needed $8.25 to fill the tank. However, I was charged an additional $38.18 for "Fuel and Service"! What a ripoff!! I didn't have a physical receipt, but I did send the details from my CC statement.

Pick-up truck

After a full day of personal situation, i get into the Thrifty to pickup the car and then was not body there, a person that was cleaning the car call someone , that person call me and told me that is impossible to rent me a car if im going to return in a different location, I put all my pick up and drop location in kayak and they just cancel my reservation and i spend hours looking for a car to get to my home 3 hours await. The worst experience in my life with a rental company.
