Pros (+) Kayak allowed me to book several rooms even though the Pelican Inn was overbooked. So the Pelican Inn transferred my rooms over to the Highland Inn and they only had two non-smoking rooms, so three rooms were unsatisfactory for my group. Most of my group had to find other rooms miles away from us. I expect a refund on the rooms that were not satisfactory.
