Staff was outstanding
This hotel was very nice. It had everything you needed close, like restaurants, shops & grocery store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a plus together with having free internet. It was a very nice place to stay.
My only complaint is that I am a smoker and I had to go to a designated area to smoke which is somewhat common. I also like to have a balcony to be able to go outside from my room which I did not have.
I loved the pool. It was amazing! Especially after coming back from the beach and just relaxing. The staff was amazing in helping us pick out activities for the day. It was an amazing time and will be back.
The hot tub was broken almost the whole time we were there. The room next to us was under renovation and we could here pounding and other noises from the work. The air conditioner and the tv went out during our stay.
I enjoyed my stay at Ports of Call due to the location and amenities. The open air design, pool, and bar were great. It was a short walk from beautiful Grace Bay Beach, the prime spot on the island, and much cheaper than nearby resorts.
We had a minor plumbing issue with our toilet, but the staff was responsive and fixed it quickly.
Location Breakfast was decent
The ac was very loud. Lots of mosquitos in room. Pool was small.
Great location! Nice staff! Would go again!
Room had musty cement smell.
Nothing.. The Manger was rude!!
The hotel had ants crawling everywhere from the bedroom, to the bathrooms, and even the common areas where they service breakfast. My 3-year-old was bitten several times. The Manger was rude!!!
