Cons: Very hard to get a waiter at the Sunday brunch. Not used to having to search for help at Four Seasons hotel.
Pros: Everything!! Especially how they accommodated my 10 yrs old granddaughter and made her feel special. They even made her and her stuffed animals name tags. That was just too precious!!
Cons: With there was an ATM on every level.
Pros: The hotel is perfectly situated in mid town. The staff is wonderful, facilities great, and great food.
Cons: The bathrooms are a little dated and need to remove the tubs and put in bigger showers for two

Pros: Lobby and surrounding areas were beautiful. Close to the places we wanted to go.
Cons: Room was very small for the money even though I got a deal. Beds were really small. We have never stayed in a room with 2 beds that were not queen beds

Cons: The doors at either end of the hallway where I was staying would let you our but not allow re-entry to the building. It required walking around a fair distance to get back into the hotel. I had my dog with me and this made taking her for walks difficult.
Also, having to always have the room key to get out of the parking lot was tedious.

Cons: Room was worn. For $200 a night, I expect furniture that is unscratched and a bathroom free of rusty hinges and moldy silicone.
Pros: location across from the Fox
Cons: our friends got super huge spacious rooms with suites and KITCHENS!!!
We asked for an upgrade and had a small room way way down the hall and around the corner, what is up with that??
No one answers the phones - called room service, front desk, conceirge, and the operator---VERY ANNOYING THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER REPEATED PHONE CALLS
will not stay here again..,.,
Pros: Lication, comfy bed
Cons: Noisey room attendants
Pros: close to theatre
Cons: did not get room type requested. room poorly furnished, no refrigerator as promised, no king bed as promised. very disappointed
Pros: I was not there a lot but the shower was clean and spacious. I had a great view of midtown Atlanta. I felt secure because of the valet parking and floor accessed only with your room key. The beds were clean and fluffy but supportive.
Cons: When it was time to get my car the valet did not provide clear communication. There was a crowd because the hotel was having an event and it was raining. He took my card and never said anything else or what to expect.
Pros: The room was absolutely amazing! Not to mention that the hotel itself is gorgeous.
Pros: The building and location are great.
Appreciate the secure elevators.
Restaurant and bar were good.
Parking was expensive but worth it - fastest vallet ever.
Cons: There is a full kitchen but no dishes, glasses, pots or pans.
The shower curtain wasn't functional so water got all over the floor.
Wish there has been extra blankets. I wanted to watch a movie on the couch but could not get comfortable.
TV channels were limited.
Cons: Poor/few TV choices, expensive rooms for the size.
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and could not have been nicer.
Pros: We stayed there on a spur of the moment decision, for our anniversary. When we told the front desk it was our anniversary, they upgraded us to a renovated corner suite. It was absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. I can't say enough good things about our stay! I highly recommend it!!
Pros: Rooms were very spacious.
Cons: There were stains on the carpet not only in the hallway leading to the room, but all over the carpet in the room itself. And don't even think of trying to sleep in or just relax after 9. They are in the midst of renovations, and the constant jack hammering, or whatever tool they were using will reverberate into your room. You can cover the noise by turning the tv up loud, but that defeats the purpose of trying to relax.
Pros: The value and location are great.
Cons: It needs some room improvements and updates.

Pros: Everything on the Room Service menu was excellent.
Pros: The beds, service, staff, everyone is here to help you enjoy and relax life. My favorite and only place in Atlanta I will stay.
Cons: I mistakenly booked a reservation here and called 10 mins later to cancel. I was told on the phone that I would not be charged anything for the cancellation but was charged $224 for not staying there. I understand cancellation fees but don't make promises you won't keep.
Pros: The Hotel while a Ritz Carlton also has a boutique feel, the rooms are exceptional in function and style. All of the staff that I interacted with were warm and friendly
Cons: There was nothing I did not like
Pros: The employees
Cons: No pool or jacuzzi. Or free breakfast
Pros: Great service and friendly efficient staff.
Pros: The staff at the hotel was without question second to none. I travel over 200 nights per year so I have a bit of hotel experience.
Cons: The traffic at the front was a bit much, but the Valets manage it extremely well. The Valets are the best I have ever seen.
Cons: Room was tight. The did not take the effort to find my marriott rewards number ( did not have with me). would not consider an upgrade evin if I paid because I booked with this site.
Pros: champagne at check in.

Whether you are traveling for important business or planning an adventure-filled weekend retreat, our luxury Atlanta hotel offers world-class service, an ideal location, Southern-inspired dining at the Atlanta Grill, and exceptional guest room and suite accommodations outfitted with classic elegance and style.
Pros: Comfortable room. Nice facilities. Friendly staff. Overall a great experience.
Cons: The closed captioning was not working on the tv
Cons: Breakfast was cold
Pros: The location is near Emory, CDC, Decatur, and Virginia Highlands. The public spaces are accommodating with comfortable lounge areas, pool, and lovely grounds.
Cons: We have stayed here many times over the past four years. There is large scale construction directly adjacent to the property which is noisy and dirty. The hotel check in staff were not friendly or helpful. The rooms are beginning to show their age including plumbing and bathroom fixtures that are broken and dirty grout in the shower. There is also now a charge for parking at $10/day (self park) which used to be included for all hotel guests. Our room keys did not work properly in the exterior doors or the parking garage which meant having to go around to the front entrance to gain access to our room. All-in-all I am sorry to report that things have gone downhill.
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: No option to include parking on ticket when pay online ($10 a night)
Slight calcium buildup on shower head
No independent room wifi
Had to plug in the mini-fridge myself behind the stand for the tv instead of it just being on low

Pros: The breskfast was Amazing..omg ..fresh made to order omlette, waffles, etc..
Pros: I liked that they allowed us to check in in the middle of the night and have a late checkout since we had been traveling late.
Cons: Even though we had a late checkout no one told housekeeping, who barely knocked and walked right into the room when we were about to shower. Also, our bed was lopsided. One side was way lower than the other making it hard to get comfortable.
Pros: I loved it!!!!!!

Pros: Facility was clean, comfortable and staff was wonderful. Would have returned often if not for the end experience
Cons: Left a polo shirt by mistake. E-mailed and called hotel to follow up. No one has responded to my e-mail and two calls mid-day were left ringing off the hook...
I realize it's highly likely housecleaning simply kept the shirt and never said a word. But not returning my e-mail and at least acknowledging the concern was disappointing. Even a Motel 6 would have responded. It's a shame because I'm in the area at least monthly and would have been a regular. But not after this...

Pros: Big rooms, soundproofing. Couldn't even tell you were staying near the airport! Front desk staff were outstanding, and very accommodating for us.
Cons: Hallways and elevators were strangely warm... probably 80° Probably 80° throughout. We did not get housekeeping the whole time we were there, never knew why. Trash, glasses, etc. were left throughout the building, it appears that trash, glasses, etc. were left throughout the building, it appears that housekeeping is either understaffed or just not doing a very good job. would have appreciated some complementary breakfast options, or even just coffee. Meals were very expensive.
Pros: Very nice hotel. With friendly staff. Excellent restaurant and bar downstairs.
Cons: No complimentary in room wifi
Pros: Room very nice
Cons: Continental breakfast not included
Not informed in advance of $18 parking charge
Pros: Very clean, convenient to airport. Good restaurant on property.

Pros: Staff was very customer focused and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Internet speed was ok
Cons: Breakfast could have a few more choices
Pros: I would stay there again. It's clean and comfortable.
Cons: There were no posted signs to frront or back doors indicating the distance that smokers should stay. The breakfast provided would benefit from a little more variety, a little more attention should given to foods with high concentration of salt, and lack of adequate seating in breakfast area.
Pros: Staff was friendly. .
Cons: That they dont tell u when u book online that u still will have to pay a deposit when u check in..
Pros: The staff was super nice. The room was clean.

Pros: The value is hard to beat. You get friendly staff, clean room, good amenities and excellent breakfast in a good location for less than what you'd pay with other competitors. I would stay again
Cons: The bed was a little on the firm side and I wish they would have had a jacuzzi.
Pros: The location was perfect. Not to far from the mall or Atlanta. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My flight was delayed and kw as able to check it later than normal.
Cons: The parking lot got full fast for the most of our stay. Had to park at the extended lot which was a walk.
Pros: My biggest concern is always that a hotel room is clean. Our room was clean, the corridors and common areas were clean, and I felt comfortable with my family staying there. It's been through renovations, so you can tell there is an older feel to it, but it's a nice hotel and well-maintained. The location is good with several restaurants and stores close by, and pretty much everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive. We would stay here again.
Pros: Great Place, Location to near by business, food and shopping.
Pros: We cancelled this stay and stayed with a relative near Atlantic Station

Pros: I loved the view from our floor and the room overall was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: I did not like that you have to pay for wifi unless you are a member.
Pros: Rooms were nice and clean
Cons: For the cost I would hope for a peaceful nights sleep but instead loud music was played half the night along with younger girls running and laughing up and down the hall. Very disrespectful.
Pros: Staff were great
Pros: This is the 2nd Westin I've stayed in and they have both been great. At this one in particular, the staff was super nice and I had a very good experience. The bed was amazing. Beautiful hotel from the outside too.
Cons: The room wasn't as big as I was expecting and I had hoped for a bathroom as nice as the one I stayed in in St. Louis. It had a big walk in shower while the one in Atlanta was a standard tub you can find in any hotel.
Pros: The valet parking and baggage storage staff were very friendly and helpful, but the check in receptionist was cold and impersonal.
Cons: For these prices, WIFI should be free. Period.
Pros: I loved how accommodating and welcoming they are for pets.
Cons: The cost of the room based on the size. Was expecting something much bigger for the cost of the room.
Pros: Incredible views. Within walking distance of almost everything Atlanta has to offer. Friendly staff, quick to respond to any requests at any time of the day/night. Our AC unit lost power at 11pm, they had it working by 11:30pm. ORDER A DRINK at the bar on the 73rd floor and then sit back and relax while the room rotates, giving you the best view of every part of the city. Worth the money.
Cons: Only complaint - the beds in the double queen rooms are small, and do not comfortably sleep two adults.
Pros: Location,luxuries ,clean,staff,view
Cons: Valet parking
Pros: Very nice room with amazing view of dowtown
Pros: View from the room was lovely.
Cons: Used to having breakfast and parking included in the price of the room.
Cons: Poorly managed and staffed. Rooms need insulation from the hallway sounds. Charged for Internet when I was told it was free as a Starwood member.
Pros: Close to all I needed, amenities were complete
Cons: Noise, heard next room talking till 3 am.

Pros: We loved our city view from our room. The staff was extremely friendly. The location was in near walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, and right across the street from the Georgia Aquarium & Centennial Park.
Cons: No continental breakfast. You had to pay an additional $12.99 per person to eat. Also, you have to pay for parking (which is common downtown). Check your car once valet bring it back to you. We had scratches and scrapes on our back bumper.
Pros: Room and amenities were comfortable and quality.
Cons: I didn't like the $30 valet parking charge.
Pros: The comfort of the rooms. Cleanliness.
Cons: We had money disappear from our room while we were away.
Pros: The location is perfect....steps to numerous restaurants and shops. Also a 10 minute drive to Atlantic station. The facility is beautiful with comfortable guest rooms and snooze adjust beds making your mattress meet your sleep needs. But the best part is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. Definately staying here on all my atlanta trips
Pros: Staff at front desk were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Great location.
Cons: Room was dusty in places and A/C made a rattling noise. Lamp shade had hole in it. Plugs on lamps only worked when lamp was on.
Pros: I enjoyed my stay

Pros: Bed was very comfortable and room was nicely updated.
Cons: Being located across the street from a very busy downtown fire station was annoying. $30 parking was steep considering price paid for room.
Pros: Great, friendly staff
Pros: Location was convenient.
Cons: Noise - walls are paper thin. Loud guest noise in hallway and elevator area.
Amenities. Had to ask for shampoo, etc. Coffee was not replenished.
Pros: Close to anything. Enjoyed my stay very much
Cons: Some areas had strong smell of marijuana or weeds.
Pros: Great location. Perfect rooms.
Cons: I arrived only to be told that they had over-sold that evening and that they could not honor my reservation. They moved me to a lesser-quality hotel up the street for the same amount of money.
Pros: Very friendly staff but there was dried blood on my sheets. Needless to say, I was unable to sleep comfortably after finding the dried blood in the sheets.
Pros: Friendly Staff
Room very comfortable
Cons: It was after 3pm before I could check in and it would have been longer if I would have waited for the double room I requested when I made my reservations.
Pros: We were happy with the location and how quiet it was.
Cons: We did not like the cost and we were disappointed in the cleanliness. The room was not filthy by any sense of the word, but when we arrived in the room there was an empty coke bottle sitting out and we were missing soap for the sink. We stayed several days and one day the room did not get cleaned. The carpet needed vacuumed and the furniture was dusty.
Pros: The hotel's restaurant, Fork & Juniper, has great cocktails -- try one of their gin drinks.
Pros: The staff is always friendly and the rooms are great - comfy bed, modern, quiet, and an outstanding shower!
Pros: Hotel was modern and staff was incredibly friendly. I read previous reviews stating that the fire station was loud. I heard it once or twice, but I didn't find it to be a concern. The hotel provided ear plugs in the room for those that are light sleepers. We were attending a festival in Atlanta as we do every year. We haven't stayed that this location, but I definitely will again. For the money paid, the hotel stood up well against several other higher priced hotels we have stayed at in the area. It rained and they provided umbrellas for us to use during the festival as well.
Cons: There wasn't clearly marked hotel parking... we used the valet, which turned out to be somewhat comparable in price. Valet staff was very friendly and fast.

Pros: Hotel was very nice and staff was amazing. In a very good location. Enjoyed free drinks and breakfast!
Cons: Room had lots of ants in bathroom and office area. Was moved to a different room after waiting over 30 minutes for housekeeping to arrive. No problem with new room.

The hotel offers a courtesy shuttle to and from the Hartsfield - Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the airport MARTA station.
Pros: Hotel was very nice and staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean, some of the hallways were a little shabby.
Cons: Surrounding area was not safe at night. . There were a lot of homeless people in the streets at night who would harass you as you tried to get back to the hotel from dinner. Also price of the hotel was high.
Cons: There should be a shuttle to and from the airport and a a better parking system
Pros: We stayed here twice in 1 week and requested a King with View room. The first time we got just that, and the skyline view from the international tower was beautiful! The room was quiet, modern, and the best part was all the electronics plugs offered on the nightstands! Great location to restaurants and the trolley. When we checked in, we were told we were "guests of the day" and were given a voucher for food/drink items at the hotel's market. As we checked out, I happened to speak to a nice gentleman at the front door and mentioned we would be back in a week's time because we were celebrating our anniversary in Aruba. He gave me his card and said he and his staff would ensure that we had a great time when we returned. When we returned, he had upgraded us to a King Suite on the 17th floor with a corner view and 3 balconies! It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. THANK YOU!!! We also had a nice "snack" in the bar and I had am amazing kale salad. We are now huge fans and will be staying at this hotel whenever we can in the future.
Cons: Our King Suite Corner View room could have been vacuumed better. It was apparent that housekeeping does not use a crevice tool at the edges of the carpet, for they were very dusty and dirty throughout the unit. Same with the window tracks, but this is pretty minor. Otherwise the room was AMAZING!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very polite. Even the cleaning crew when you meet them in the hall they all said good morning have a great day. I forgot to leave my keys in my car one night when we got in and they sent a security office named Erin to my room to get my keys and very polite. I told them I was so sorry he said no ma'am it's fine. Very friendly.
Pros: I like the fact that is in the city ,and I didn't had to rent a car everything is just there great location. But the room that I got its wasn't clean everything just was dasty the sheet was very dirty I don't think that hotel with high quality like the say but honestly it's wasn't athe all I'll give it rate 5 star only because the location was great.
Pros: Loved the location?
Cons: Could of been a little cleaner.
Pros: Excellent front desk and bell staff. Plenty of rooms for early check-in. Room balcony doors actually open so you can get a breeze and see the city. Excellent location for getting all around the city.
Cons: The interactive TV menu is cumbersome, the mouse on the remote is crap and takes like a million spins to get anything done. Its just not very usable sometimes.
Pros: Comfortable bed , I was upgraded to a king and also put up on a higher floor by request.
Cons: The view from the tower is no view at all just down town traffic and noise. Also the walls are thin, I could here others toilet flush and door closings.
Pros: Great staff, great location, great place
Pros: Great meeting hotel, with the best and friendliest staff anywhere. Really good lunch options are in the contacted food court.
Pros: Location and the people are awesome.
Cons: Small room. Didn't have a King that I requested. Got 2 doubles. Typical over - expensive food and beverage that you have to stand in massive lines for.

Pros: The new room was clean and comfortable. They were quick to bring the extra towel we needed. I also liked the ask us button on the phone. The customer service was excellent! The employees were all very friendly and helpful!!
Cons: We were first given a room that was not clean. The room we were given was over the pool, but we were hearing screams at 8:00 Am from the pool people. The rooms need to be more sound proof when they are over the pool.
Pros: It was comfy, when we got in...
Cons: We couldn't check in until the afternoon, didnt even get a full 24 hours
Pros: it is a great hotel, should just book it from the hotel website.
Cons: your service sucks, you did not get my room settled even when I am at the check in counter, will not book from your associate company.
Pros: Given the fact we were only there for one night and flying out the next morning it was excellent. We didn't have a car and I was dreading being stuck without much food options. The hotel restaurant was good and had plenty of options including a sushi bar. We shared a reasonably prices item to share (and it was marked as such). The room and the king size bed were comfortable. Check-in and out were very easy. We'd prepaid so there was nothing more to settle, just phone and check out. The shuttle service was quick and we got to the airport in plenty of time.
Cons: It sounds like a nitpick but the bathroom wasn't that impressive. Just your standard small space and shower. But this wasn't a resort.
Pros: Good God the beds were amazingly comfortable. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had to catch an early morning flight.
Pros: We flew into Atlanta to go to the Garth Brooks concert. From the shuttle, to the amazing staff, to the beautiful accommodations this was an excellent hotel. We loved the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor, and the beautiful patio with the outdoor fireplace it was so nice. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: There wasn't much bad about this hotel except for the fact that you have to pay to park at the hotel whether you valet or not. Obviously this is an airport hotel so it's going to be far from town but the Marta train from the airport really helped. Not the Hotels fault but there is nothing to do around the airport so you have to pay for a cab to get to get anywhere like we paid to get to a bowling alley and back which is $35 each Way. You can take the shuttle to the airport and then take the Marta train to downtown. Kind of a hassle but that's not the hotel's fault. Just make sure that you have a rental car to get around or you will be stuck at the hotel
Pros: I arrived close to midnight after a long day of traveling and the staff was still very helpful and energetic. All bars and restaurants were still open which was awesome because as many of us business travelers know you can show up and everything is closed and you end up having dinner from a vending machine. Room was very clean and had great amenities. First time staying there and I will be back. Great location for airport also.
Pros: clean, quiet, good service
Pros: Our service was wonderful! The front desk clerk was funny and friendly.
Cons: There is nothing we didn't like - it met our needs wonderfully.
Pros: I liked how it was a nice environment the pool area was beautiful
Cons: I was a little upset with the actual size of the room as well as the bathroom.
Pros: shuttle to airport,starbucks,nice lounge
Cons: hotel bids didnt notify marriott of reservation.when I arrived I was told by the night manager that there wasnt a room reserved for me.

Pros: the staff was very friendly and the convenience to everything was great. also the free breakfast was outstanding.
Cons: I have al positive things to say about the hotel.
Pros: The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and helpful. The unexpected social hour the evening we arrived was a nice surprise. The valet, Lonnie, was very helpful with directions getting around the city. Everyone was accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned that each guest was happy and taken care of.
Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable. For a queen size, it seemed a bit small. Upgrading the mattresses in this location would take it to the next level of comfort.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was very good with a great assortment. Even though I didn't need it, the kitchenette was super nice and well equipped.
Cons: Location! We arrived at 12:30 AM. Circled the block for over an hour trying to find the hotel. Stopped at three other hotels that didn't know where it was either. Finally saw the marquis high on the building. There was construction around the front entrance and absolutely no identifying signs at street level.
