Pros (+) Central location walking distance everywhere in town.
Cons (-) No internet in rooms, not even for pay. Breakfast expensive and it's better to go outside and enjoy in one of the many cafes. If you travel with a family there are no connecting rooms. Mini bar poorly stocked but there is one tap of beer in the lobby area. Hotel is not providing garage space for the car and I ended up paying public parking - expensive.
