Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, frequently mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service was also a major concern, with many guests reporting absent or unhelpful staff, unclear check-in procedures, and poor communication. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location near attractions and public transport, and several found the beds comfortable. Overall, negative experiences with hygiene and service outweighed the positives.
