Overall, guests praised the hotel's excellent location near the river and attractions, with many highlighting the beautiful views from their rooms. The service was frequently described as friendly and accommodating, and the pool facilities were appreciated by families and leisure travelers. Some guests mentioned spacious rooms and good value for price. However, there were mixed comments on cleanliness and the hotel's dated condition, with a few negative remarks about old furnishings, lingering smoke smells, and the need for renovation. Despite some drawbacks, the positives such as location, service, and amenities stood out for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
