Pros (+) Stayed here during the Trailing of the Sheep Festival. Customer Service was fantastic, everyone on staff was very friendly and hard working. Location was perfect for the activities we were looking to partake it! Our king fireplace room made us feel very at home. Room looked and smelt clean. Enjoyed the in room breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons (-) We were in the room next to the laundry room, which I don't normally think would have been a problem but since they were booked so full for the festival it was a little noisy/busy. Bed could have been more comfortable, but served its purpose just fine.
Pros (+) I have traveled alot by myself. Have come to realize that the staff mean more than the bargin. And the staff here went above and beyond. Both Carol the manager and Timbery at the desk were the best ambasadors of kindness and professionalism twords me. Thanks it ment alot

Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, microwave and fridge. Quiet, rural-type setting, even though located in town close to the airport.
Cons (-) Limited facilities--no breakfast room, but they bring it to you the night before so you can heat it up in the morning. No swimming pool, but there is a hot tub. The ice machine did not work the entire time we were there. The stopper in the bathtub did not go all the way up, so the water leaked out.
