Pros (+) Great insulation. Quite quiet. Only 11-12 miles from Sun Valley and prices much more reasonable.
Cons (-) Room was a "disabled" room and we were not disabled, and we did not ask for one when we made reservations 2 weeks prior to stay.. Bathrooms were very small. Some initial problems with door key cards, but worked out later.
