Pros (+) The rooms were clean and we got clean towels every day. The wireless services is extremely weak. The hotel is not near many things except the airport and Crystal & Fantasy Caves. It's not worth to pay for all inclusive the food is not that great and the drinks are water down. We had two lunches and a dinner during our 5 days stay. Pros (+) The staff was amazing and so friendly. We loved the breakfasts, our room, the atmosphere, and the caves. We had a couple massage in the cave spa and loved it. The sound of dripping water reverberating through the cave was just so relaxing. I recommend a stay here to anyone who visits bermuda.
