Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently mention issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and lack of proper housekeeping. Service is also a common complaint, with reports of rude staff, slow check-in, and poor room servicing. However, several guests appreciated the breakfast and found it above average, and some noted that rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Overall, while there are some positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
