I haven't been to a Best Western brand hotel in many years and this one was really great. It felt a lot more upscale from the Best Western hotels that I visited as a kid.

Pros (+) I like how nice the hotel is. The lobby is big and very inviting. I like they have sections with sofas so people can sit and chat. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The decor is surprisingly nice for a best western, but again my friend told me it is their Premier class. We would stay there again when we go to Hershey.
Cons (-) I didn't like the bed. It is too soft to my preference but it is probably just me because I like harder bed in general. Our kids swam in the pool but couldn't last long because the pool was too cold. Wishing that the pool was warmer to enjoy.
