Cons (-) As a former hotel General Manager I try to be sensitive to the challenges that hotels face in trying to please a wide range of customers. However, this stay was disappointing to say the least. 1. Door didn't work when my wife checked in. Maintenance got her in with the opening device they utilize. But that didn't fix the problem. Pros (+) good size room
Cons (-) the shower curtain was too short and the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. there appeared to be a homeless guy standing right outside the front door chain smoking. we had to breath the smoke ever time we walked through. he was there for several hours the late evening
