Pros (+) Breakfast good pretty good. King bed was fine.
Cons (-) The associates were less than helpful and we travel over a weekend during Covid. They offered no info on when the room had been cleaned last and Food the out in the open at breakfast. The room was so small the king bed and sofa bed touched in the middle of the room making it impossible to walk around the bed or sofa. This is no a family hotel

Cons (-) Unfortunately, the local taxes and extra costs moved the price considerably higher than the initial quote. Buyers need to be prepared for this when checking hotels in Hays.

Pros (+) The staff was great, the pool clean and enjoyable. The patio has a fire pit with comfy chairs . My the room is exquisite
